Justin Bieber's album debuts on the charts at number one. "My World 2.0," after sells 283,000 copies in its first week.

My World 2.0 will be available for purchase two weeks before the official release date of March 23 on the QVC network. Justin Bieber will also appear on the network and play songs from the new album on "QVC Presents QSessions Live.
